Rooted in faith-based values and a proud Mennonite heritage, we serve as the philanthropic partner for the broader Concordia Campus community, which includes Concordia Hospital, Concordia Place personal care home, Concordia Village seniors housing, Concordia Wellness Projects Inc., the Concordia Arthroplasty Research Chair (2011), and the Concordia Child Care Centre. (2011)<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mission and Purpose Statement<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the Concordia Foundation, we are dedicated to enhancing the health, well-being, and quality of life for all individuals who rely on the Concordia Campus. Guided by compassion, faith-based values, and our Mennonite heritage, we work in partnership with donors and supporters to strengthen care, advance innovation, and support programs and services that nurture people of all ages\u2014from hospital patients to long-term care residents, seniors, children and families on the Concordia campus.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vision Statement<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We envision a thriving, connected community where every person\u2014at every stage of life\u2014has access to compassionate care, innovative research, health resources and the support people need to live with dignity and hope.
